I started with Froakie. Every first playthrough of a generation, I’ve always gone with the water starter. Plus he’s so damn cute.
Same, then I went for charmander. Great little combo
I was gonna do the same, but I already had Litleo for my fire type. I went with Squirtle just to stash him for EV training later on.
I usually always go with a fre starter but since we don’t just get one starter I had to change it up. I ended up doing the same combo- froakie then charmander and so far it’s great
